Week 1 | Finger Exercise
Your fingers are not always going to do what you want them to do. Because of this, we should try this exercise for your fretting hand first. A lot of the chord changes and movements required involve moving your fingers in ways you've never tried before and so getting better at this will make playing the guitar a little bit easier too.
Practice this every time you get the chance, and in 2 weeks, you should already see a noticeable improvement.
